Welcome to Zetteri. By creating an account or using our service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Zetteri.

1. The service

Zetteri provides an online virtual office: scheduling, client management, documents, an AI assistant and a public profile for independent professionals. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Zetteri.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zetteri to: violate the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or abuse other users, attempt to interfere with or circumvent the security of the service, or resell the service without permission. You are responsible for the content you publish on your public profile.

4. Plans & billing

• Free plan: a limited plan with the limits shown on our pricing page.
• Pro plan: paid subscription at the price shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed through our payment provider.
• Paid features are activated once payment is confirmed. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change in the future; changes never affect your current billing period.

5. ZetAI (AI assistant)

The AI assistant generates drafts and suggestions using a third-party model (Google Gemini). AI output may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for the final content you use or send.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. It forms part of these terms.

7. Data export & deletion

You can export your data from Settings at any time and delete your account, after which your personal data is removed subject to the Privacy Policy.

8. No warranties

Zetteri is provided "as is". While we aim for reliability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will never occur. You are responsible for keeping backups of your important data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetteri's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using Zetteri at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service, with notice when practical.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
