Zetteri ("we", "us", "our") runs an online virtual office for independent professionals. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it. By using our service you agree to this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name, profession and optional photo you provide at signup.
• Work data: appointments, clients, documents, services and preferences you create in your workspace.
• Public profile data: the services and details you choose to display on your public booking page.
• Usage data: anonymous events (page views, buttons clicked) used to improve the product.
• ZetAI prompts: the messages you send to the AI assistant are used only to generate the reply and are not used to train models.

2. How we use your data

• To operate your account and provide appointments, CRM, documents and the sharing hub.
• To send transactional emails (welcome, upgrade confirmations, account notices).
• To measure and improve the product, and to enforce fair limits on free plans.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.

3. Where data is stored

Your data is hosted in secure cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL, with encrypted connections over HTTPS/TLS). Login is handled by Supabase Auth. Transactional emails are delivered through Resend. ZetAI responses are generated via Google's Gemini API.

4. Data sharing

Information you make public through your sharing hub (services, availability, booking details) is visible to the public by design. We never share your private workspace data with other users.

5. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export your data at any time from Settings and request full deletion of your account, after which your personal data is removed from our systems.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location you may have the right to: access your data, correct it, export it, restrict processing, and have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@zetteri.app.

7. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.

8. Children

Zetteri is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new policy.
